Track & Field can be a brutal sport at times. We've enjoyed some wonderful moments this season as well as disappointing ones. The 4A East Regional involved some of both for the Rams including several personal bests as well as 5 5th place finishes (top 4 go to the State Meet). Cleveland was 1 of 27 teams competing for the 4A East Region title. In what could be considered a "rebuilding year" as the teams lost roughly 70% of the athletes and over 80% of the scoring from last year's Regional, the Rams were very competitive throughout the day including 9 season best marks, 2 new school records & 1 Regional Champion! The Girls Team finished in 12th place overall and the Boys Team finished only .5 points out of 2nd place and only 6 points out of 1st. Check out some of the notable performances below:
